The Restoraion

The last appointment is for the placement of the restoration or filling. This completes the seal on the tooth. You therefore end up with a tooth that is both sealed from the inside and the outside. Commonly used restorative materials are amalgams, composites and porcelain or gold (in the form of crowns).
